After launching Lava X46 the company has also made available X81 as the latest smartphone in the new ‘X’ series. Priced at Rs. 11,499, the smartphone will go on sale across all the retail stores and multi-brand outlets in India, as well as exclusively on Flipkart from June 13, 2016.
The Lava X81 in Gold color will be offered next month and it comes with Airtel Double Data package, 1-year free screen replacement for purchase of it within the first month after official release.
The handset is powered by Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based Star OS, packs a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek 64-bit processor and on its display, it carries a 5-inch 2.5D curved glass screen, sports 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash and for selfies, it has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera sensor with LED flash. It supports 4G LTE on both the Dual SIM slots and can be upgradable to offer VoLTE. Storage-wise, the X81 is paired with 3GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 64GB via microSD card. Battery you will find inside the Lava X81 is 2700mAh.
