Chinese company says Apple copied its smartphone's design

Apple stole the design idea of some Chinese company's 100C smartphone for its iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Yes, you read it right! This is an allegation made by a Chinese company which isn't too popular considering we are talking about global presence. The company with the brand name 100+ is yelling that Apple has stolen their design ideas and used them in iPhone 6 and 6 Plus device.
Well, the allegations aren't fake and have been heard by Beijing Intellectual Property Office.
The Intellectual Property Office has ordered Apple to stop selling the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus in Beijing, however, a more official announcement on the same is yet to be made.
Apple also initiated an administrative litigation to preserve the ban.The latest speculation suggests that iPhone 6 and 6 Plus will continue to be sold in China as the outcome of the administrative action filed by Apple is still pending.
It should be noted that Apple doesn't have shiny days in the China these days. So, they're going to need a lot of luck to win this fight.
