Download iOS 9.3.2 Final IPSW Links, Fixes iPhone SE Bluetooth Issues And Other Bugs

Apple has made available for download iOS 9.3.2 final version for compatible iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices, both as IPSW links and OTA update on the go. This release however brings with it several bug fixes and encourages late-night reading as well.
Apple first released iOS 9.3.2 as beta version to both developers and public testers in early April, and now after four beta seeds, has today released the final version of iOS 9.3.2 to public.

Why iOS 9.3.2 is a minor public update to iOS 9.3.1? Bringing a more under-the-hood improvements for stability, performance enhancements, security patches and this eliminates other bugs and issues, and it only weighs in at 80MB. The full official changelog of iOS 9.3.2 is as follows.
iOS 9.3.2 fixes bugs and improves security of your iPhone or iPad. This update:
-Fixes an issue where some Bluetooth accessories could experience audio quality issues when paired to the iPhone SE.
-Fixes an issue where looking up dictionary definitions could fail.
-Addresses an issue that prevented typing email addresses when using the Japanese Kana keyboard in Mail and Messages.
-Fixes an issue for VoiceOver user using the Alex voice, where the device switches to a different voice to announce punctuation or spaces.
-Fixes an issue that prevented MDM servers from installing Custom B2B apps.
The significant fix is related to the iPhone SE, which “could experience audio quality issues” when paired to Bluetooth headsets. All of other fixes are for minor edge cases that affect only small amount of the iOS userbase-major development on iOS 9 stopped with iOS 9.3. Apple presumably shifted its focus on to the new version of its iOS firmware that will see at WWDC next month. The update has gone live for all devices that support iOS 9, including iPhone 4S and newer, iPad 2 and newer, all iPad Mini tablets and iPad Pro; and the fith-and sixth-generation iPod touches.
To install iOS 9.3.2, you can either choose go to Settings > General > Software Update on your device and use OTA update mechanism, or download the iTunes-restorable IPSW file for your device from the direct links given below and update to it using iTunes.

For jailbroken users, it is important to note that there is currently no public jailbreak available for iOS 9.2-9.3.2 devices. The latest and last public jailbreak released was only compatible with iOS 9.1. If you happen to be jailbroken on an older iOS firmware, do not update to iOS 9.3.2 as there’s no such tool available for it as yet, You’ve been warned.
