The growing Chinese smartphones manufacturer Meizu has launched their first Experience Service Centre (ESC) in India in order to help people discover the new products from the company in a store format. In addition to this, the consumers will be able to see demos of the new Meizu products inside the demo zone hence providing an opportunity to have a personal hand on experience.
They have opened their first ESC in Select Citywalk Shopping Complex, Delhi, India. The latest centre of Meizu is spread across 909 sq. ft. with 6 dedicated service executives.
Meizu explains a few simple steps on how the Indian consumers can reach their Experience Service Centre. First, they need to dial the Customer Support Hotline 1800 1027 888 Mon to Sat, 9:00 am to 6:00pm. They can either send an email to the customer support or also reach via their dedicated WhatsApp number. They can also fill an online form on Meizu’s officialwebsite to get their work done.
Meizu also shares its plans of spreading the ESC format across other cities of India likeBangalore, Mumbai, and Kolkata in the near future. Not only this, Meizu has also expanded its existing service centre network to 120 centres across Pan India.
Meizu is growing at a high pace and will continue to expand its roots globally. The company has already achieved success in reaching the consumers across Hong Kong, India, EU, Israel, Russia, Ukraine, Thailand, Indonesia, and so on. Meizu M series had sold out more than 20 million units in 2015.
