Jide Remix Pro 2-in-1 tablet will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 soc

Jide was not a known brand unless company changed their attentions towards producing Android running devices. Jide has their own Remix OS and both company and their OS is in headlines since last few months. The second device released by the company was the Remix Mini Pc which was announced nearly a year ago. This device was also co-partnered with AOC. So far company has yet to release a device directly.
However, a Jide manufactured 2 in 1 tablet spotted during Computex at Qualcomm’s booth. The first Remix Ultra tablet was powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra Soc, the device was compared with Microsoft Surface in terms of specs. Surprisingly Jide didn’t pack their devices with current top of line Qualcomm’s SD 820 Soc but instead a mid-ranger SD 652. At the moment, the HTC 10 Lifestyle and LG’s G5 SE are powered by this Soc, so it’s not a low-end Soc but a mid-ranger Soc.
The rest of the specs are also what we can expect from a mid-range device. The device rear camera is of 8MP while front facing camera is of 5MP. The SD 652 Soc is accompanied by 3GB of RAM. There will be full size and a smaller Type C USB port on board.
As far as design is a concern, the Remix Pro is been featuring a magnesium alloy body which will once again allow us to compare it against the Microsoft’s Pro lineup devices. The device is overall thinner at 7mm and lighter at 650 grams than its predecessor. Jide is still sticking to same previous design just to make sure old fans would love it.
It surely will be a great 2 in 1 device when it will be released, so far company didn’t reveal about their plans regarding the release of this tablet in the market. The Jide Remix Pro will be the first device from the manufacturer which will be released directly under their own brand name.
