i'm fully shutup, me has collected the software from x9 and translate the pdf's, there is real no support for this device (also there is more than one version, one clicks at the audio port for example and has screenshare onboard)

Instructions:

Upgrade-Flash-Manual:


###REQUIRED


///FILES:

1. go to download location: (see below)
2. download "PiPO_x9_Software_Package_02-05-2016.rar"
3. copy the content in a empty directory


###SYSTEM


///BIOS:

1. run the X9 in windows OS (normal boot will work)
2. copy the content of the X9_PiPO-BIOS.rar to the Machine while in windows OS.
3. run FlashWin32.BAT with admistrative rights


###DUALBOOTOS


///Android:

1. put the files from the Android- *8G or *16G.rar packages on a usbstick (depends on the NAND size of your device)
2. boot the x9 while holding usb-keyboard-F7, choose the uefi-shell, start up.
3. it will run automated the startup.nsh from the stick and reinstall android while repartitioning the emmc.
4. when ready, deattach the usb stick, ready
(the rom is rooted, you can install now your busybox and superuser binarys)

///Windows 10 Home:

1. copy the content of Windows10*.rar onto a usbstick or microsd with a usb cardreader
2. run the x9 in android
3. plugin the usb drive
4. swipe the upper right corner, select "switch os"
5. -if insyde bootmanager shows windows -> select
-if no bootmanager comes up, hold down f7, select uefi shell with windows filesystem (or the name of your stick).
-if androids starts up anyways -> hold down f7 while boot -> select "enter setup", go to the last tab, choose your usb drive in the lower part of the screen and boot.
6. x9 setup will run an automated installation script.


###DRIVER ((note that the drivers from the package are not real need to install, cause of they are os-image implented)))


///Windows Driver:

1. copy the content of X9-Driver.rar in an empty folder.
2. go to \YOURFOLDER\X9 drivers\MRD7-Win10-PVC-WW29.5\MRD7-Win10-PVC-WW29.5\Installer\PlatformInstaller/
3. run Setup.exe , will install the drivers

///UART Driver:

1. copy the content of X9-Driver.rar in an empty folder.
2. go to \YOURFOLDER\X9 drivers\JAPANESESIGNS\
3. hold down shift and right click the directory with japanese signs, choose "start command line from here"
4. to silent install/reinstall use: install /i /q
(5. to uninstall use: install /u /q

///USB to ETH Driver:

1. copy the content of X9-Driver.rar in an empty folder.
2. go to \YOURFOLDER\X9 drivers\MiNi_PC_DM96xx_Driver\
3. run DM96xx_Driver V1.0.4.0.exe

///Display Rotation Driver (Kionix)
1. copy the content of X9-Driver.rar in an empty folder.
2. go to \YOURFOLDER\X9 drivers\kxaccel-1.0.29.4-x86-autosfx
3. run dpinst.exe or right click "kxfusion.inf", choose "install" wait till driver is installed


###BOOT


///BootManager:

1. copy the content of InsydeQ2S.rar into an empty folder
2. try yourself, its not nescessary to install it manually, android installs it already.

///BootKeys:

Firmware Bios: hit "DEL" or "ESC" at first PiPO screen
Boot Options: hold down "F7" at boot
Android w/o Insyde Bootloader: Power up and hold down "Vol Up" till the second pipo screen starts up Android

///Bootloader/Recovery:

disable Insyde bootmanager: uncheck upper left corner in the OS-choose screen (but dont know how to activate it again)
boot into recovery: start a terminal (like Terminal Emulator from Playstore) in android and type:

su
reboot -recovery

or install a reboot manager from the playstore


###Hints


1. there is no custom recovery for the x9 pipo for backup the table,
choose "online nand backup" (playstore) to backup without installed recovery via clockworkmod or twrp backup scripts
use "nand manager" (playstore) to recover.
2. microphone is working with an external usb soundcard, via usb host apps but not in SN-apps (android).
3. internal microphone may be on the generic audio-port, but is only usable via headset. (android)
4. internal generic microsd card reader is a joke, try to cache it up in android.
5. usb webcams also working with usb host app. (android)
6. usb 2.0 hubs are instable or overused (doesnt recognize cams or soundcards sometimes, or cuts the usb IR-Keyboard when display shuts down) (android)
7. usb 3.0 drivers are installed in windows, but there is not port for it, may be the internal port for the ethernet.
8. usb soundcards/reader/keyboards are working 100% in windows

!!!!be carefull, the android roms have 2 options. when you choose the wrong one, your windows partition will be gone and you have to reinstall everthing again!!!!

!!!!me not responsible to bootloops or crashes, you have to know what you are doing.!!!
