This is super easy to use, easy to charge, and (at least as far as I can tell - I don't have any other way to measure BAC except for how things feel), works. We used it on several people last night (good thing for the extra mouthpieces!) and it appeared to be accurate every time *except* when somebody just took a drink and then immediately blew into the breathalyzer, which it says not to do. If you followed the directions and waited for 20 minutes (or even less), it blew correctly. It's nice that it it's rechargeable instead of using batteries, because I had another one of these that used batteries and they died quickly, and I felt like I was constantly replacing batteries. It's very easy to work this - you just turn it on, wait for a beep, blow into it for maybe 3 seconds, and then it reads your level. My sister just had a baby and is worried about breastfeeding if she's had any alcohol, so this is a perfect tool to help put her mind at ease.
