This kind of service is only available now in Russia(in Moscow city) and Spain(except its islands around).  Tomrepair will ask the courier to pick up your goods and then send it to repair shop,   but users need to assume the shipment cost both ways.  Once Tomrepair received the phone, they have the final right to claim wether the phone is under warranty or not based  on its actual condition. And they will consult users regarding the maintenance fee and work out a maintenance options that suits to each user. Lastly, regarding the problem of the battery, please contact the seller online customer service for help.
