Easy Magic TWRP Installer
which can create and install TWRP on MTK Phones . Here is quick tutorial.
1. Download from here Easy Magic TWRP Installer

When I'm writing this tutorial, current version is 2.8.1.0
2. Unpack downloaded file and run TWRP Setup.exe
3. Instalation is very simple. On the end you will see scrolling credit
window, you must wait till the end of scrolling list to continue.
After that you will be asked if you want to launch tool.
If you want to launch it later, you can do it from
location provided in window.
I assume, that you have android stock recovery
4. Launch installed tool
5. Choose Start Easy Magic TWRP Installer for MediaTek
6. Choose yes in next window to make auto port
7. Make sure your phone has USB Debbuging enabled.
(go to Settings->Developer options and check USB Debbuging)
If you don't have Developer options go to
Settings->About phone and tap several times quickly on Build Number
till you see "You are now a developer"
Start your phone (normally, not in recovery) and connect to PC if you haven't already done this. Make sure your phone
is fully detected in Windows. Click OK
8.Allow USB debbuging by your PC on phone (there will be message on phone screen)
9.There will be another window asking you to plug your phone.
Make sure phone is connected.
9. After that you will see several windows with detected parameters
Those windows will be closing automatically.
10. after second window show up, program hangs
showing lease wait a moment..." status bar
Wait about 1 minute. If nothing happening after that time,
don't worry, go to process manager in windows and kill all
TWRP.exe and adb.exe processes. After that repeat steps 4 to 9.
11. Your phone will reboot in recovery. You will see teamwin splash
And after that your new TWRP Recovery
That's all. You have succesfully installed TWRP Recovery
