Apple has today provided its registered developers with the beta 2 of tvOS 9.2 download link, which is the operating system that runs on the fourth generation Apple TV and powers its built-in App Store. Thenew update to tvOS comes two weeks after Apple released first beta of 9.2. Beta 2 released just after tvOS 9.1.1 minor update that follows 9.1.
By means the tvOS installation is a bit difficult than updating beta for iOS and OS X. Installing tvOS beta requires Apple TV – connected to a computer with a USB Type-C to USB-A cable, with the software downloaded and installed via Apple’s Configurator or iTunes.

It includes support for the Podcasts app inside tvOS 9.1.1, brings with it Mapkit so that developers can incorporate maps into ther tvOS apps, and the Siri integration for US Spanish (in United States only) and French Candian (in Canada only), UK English, Australian English, and US English are also made available as Siri options in the United Kingdom, Australia, and US Storefronts when English is set as the tvOS primary language.
tvOS 9.2 beta 2 Features: What’s new?
First: It brings with it full iCloud Photo Library access available on Apple TV with the second beta installed. It can now be enabled through the iCloud section of the Settings menu. In the current public version of tvOS, users can only view Photo Stream content on Apple TV.
Second: With iCloud Photo Library access comes with the support for Live Photos, which can be saved to and can be played by pressing on the trackpad on the Siri Remote.
Third: tvOS 9.2 beta comes with a build number of 13Y5189e and available to download the update via the Software Update solution on the tvOS Settings app, or else choosing Apple’s Developer Center.
