A Floating Speaker Meizu Crowdsourcing Gravity

More known for their smartphones, Meizu is trying to muscle in on the western market with other strong Chinese brands such as Xiaomi, Lenovo and Huawei, by crowdsourcing Gravity.
As you would expect with the name as Gravity, it is a ‘floating’ wireless speaker, designed by the creative force of Kosho Tsuboi from Tokyo. After graduating from university, he lived as a trainee in a Zen Buddhist temple where his father is abbot. His upbringing and culture definitely shines through the minimalist and rather liberating design of the Gravity speaker.

Asking for just a lowly USD$100,000, the first 200 backers of USD$169 will receive one Gravity speaker, after those slots are gone, the price goes up to USD$199.
