Huion New 1060PLUS review

Huion New 1060PLUS

I started to draw digitally with a Wacom Bamboo. I’ve used it as a computer mouse and for digital drawing. Meanwhile I only use my Cintiq 24HD and had lost interest in normal tablets just because my Bamboo was old and broke down (not to mention the scratches). But now I had the chance to try this new tablet from Huion and I was pleasantly surprised. You’re looking for a new tablet for digital drawing? Here are my experiences and impressions. :)
Packaging and Processing:
  • The package contents are well stored
  • Everything is well made and has a good quality (except the pen holder looks a bit poor, but whatever)
  • Artist Glove is unisize, so that it’s much too large
  • Enough many Pen Tips
Handling:
  • After the annoying driver install everything works right away and without disturbance
  • Artist Glove is very soft and smooth
  • The bottons for shortcuts work without problems
  • Super light drawing pen!
  • Good precision
Conclusion:
  • A good solid tablet with many features for a great price
  • Roughly 25% the cost of a similar Wacom Intros

// I’m using this tablet with Photoshop and it works very well. Overall I am happy with this tablet and think it’s a very good value for all artists who wants to start in digital drawing. //
