I've used about 5 different brand tablets over the years - not the one you have listed but it does look similar to some that I have used.
In my experience, the reason Wacom are the leaders is that their tablets are just a better product. Some of the cheaper brands do work fine, but you might find they just feel a little different. A good way of thinking of this is the difference between a comfortable pen on paper and a cheap pen that feels scratchy. What you find is that after a while your hand does get a little sore/tired or that every now and again it might not feel too accurate.
I have not found any other brands that are as good as wacoms, but for some people these other brands are good enough. If you never used a tablet and need to save money then other brands do work fine and you won't notice the difference unless you use both to compare.

The best way to support our community is to just keep drawing - even if it's for fun and not serious. Another way is by taking time to occasionally rate and comments drawings by new or learning artists.
