Unofficial CyanogenMod 12.1 for Mi 4i Flashing Guide

There is a new version of the Unofficial Stable CyanogenMod CM12.1 based on Android 5.1.1 for Mi 4i ferrari, and we are here to guide you through installing it.

Requirements

• Backup your system data to an external source (contacts, SMS, application data, etc.)
• Make sure Custom Recovery is installed on your device
• At least 70% charge on your device battery
• Download and copy CM12.1 and Android 5.1 based Gapps to your internal storage or SD card (download links are below)

CM 12.1 ROM Flashing Instructions

1. Root your phone
2. Copy the ROM zip to your phone
3. Flash TWRP using Mi4i toolkit
4. Reboot the phone to recovery mode
5. Wipe data/factory reset
6. Flash ROM zip file
7. Flash Gapps
8. Clear caches

Gapps Flashing Instructions

1. Twrp –> factory reset –> flash rom –> flash gapps –> reboot
2. Open gapps, select ARM64 5.1 STOCK
3. Reboot to System
