Download iOS 9.3 Public Beta 4 Now Released For Testers [Updated]

Apple has seeded beta 4 of iOS 9.3 to registered members of Apple Developer program, now follows the same to Public Beta testers with compatible iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices. iOS 9.3’s fourth public beta comes more than a month after Apple released iOS 9.2.1, a minor update, to the public.

Beta testers who have already signed up for Apple’s beta testing program will receive the iOS 9.3 beta 4 update over-the-air after installing the proper certificate on their supported iOS devices, which also gives users access to both iOS and OS X betas.
iOS 9.3’s biggest new feature is the Night Shift mode, which automatically cuts down on the amount of blue light an iOS user is exposed to at night by shifting to more yellow tones for the iPhones, iPads display. You can head over to developer.apple.com right now to download the new beta 4 IPSW file of iOS 9.3 for your device.
If you’re already running a previous beta 3 version of iOS 9.3, simply head to Settings > General > Software Update on the device to grab the latest directly using OTA update method.

Apple has finally made available iOS 9.3 Public Beta 4 to members of those testers who are part of the the program. It brings in a number of new features to devices including multi-user login support on iPad for MDM customers, new 3D Touch Quick Actions for some of the stock Apple apps, ability to connect two Apple Watch units to a single iPhone, Notes and Health, enhancements to first-party stock apps as Apple News, some enhancements to CarPlay. Plus it introduces password protection for individual notes in the Notes app. News in iOS 9.3 includes in-line video playback, landscape mode on the iPhone, and more personalization, as of beta 3, Wi-Fi Calling is available to Verizon users, now seeded to AT&T among other things.
