In the days to come, rumors say that MGCOOL will announce a new model in its Explorer Series of action cameras: MGCOOL Explorer 3. All current models are pretty decent for their price tag with features found in much more expensive models. The alleged model is said to feature native 4K video @30fps as well as 1080p @60fps and 720p @120fps.
Even though the specs haven’t been confirmed yet, it will probably carry a Panasonic sensor combined with a Sharp lens with 7-piece glass as well as EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization). Also, it is said to sport a big battery that will allow for up to 120min of video recording. Of course, the video codec used is H.264+ that helps to reduce the file size of the video without compromising quality.
Other features from the Explorer Series like the ultra-wide 170 degrees lens and the waterproofing up to 30m deep using the special case, are also present. There no further information about the rest of the specs, so we’ll have to wait for an official announcement to learn more. To see all about MGCOOL, you can visit their official website.
