InkBook 8 is a reader-sized 8-inch, at the very beginning distinguishes it from other alternative devices competition. Sam I use the Kindle, which is 2 inches smaller. I do not think that when reading books, the difference was greatly felt, but for sure it will be noticeable during work or editing of individual documents – I mean here specifically for presentations or warehouses in .pdf format, which contain a lot of multimedia content.[CST_0 ] the new reader has been locked in a slim casing with a thickness of only 8.4 mm. On board equipment find touch, doświetlony E Ink Pearl display, running in 4: 3 format and a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. Just as readers inkBook Onyx and Obsidian, the new model is based on Android. I have to admit that such a move is an original and interesting way to use the advantages of the E-ink even compared to traditional tablets. Along with your hardware manufacturer provides application Midiapolis Drive, which enables fast and wireless transmission of books directly on the reader. Another of the additives is Midiapolis News program, which gives access to the latest news from selected sources from the network. When I think of E Ink, it's in my head also lights up the light (or quenches?) Responsible for energy efficiency. This type of solution allows for long battery operation – this time is no different. InkBook 8 has run a couple of weeks on a built-in battery, even if the non-stop we will use a mounted under the display backlight. Interestingly, the brightness of the screen is fully adjustable, allowing you to adapt it to the conditions in the place where we read a book or view documents.

For connectivity with your computer and other devices corresponds to the Wi-Fi 802.11n – for data transfer so there is nothing to worry about, it will be soon enough. Brand plays and supports standard formats such ejak EPUB, MOBI and PDF with support for reflow function, which by default makes it easy formatting and reading. Amazon could also be tempted to this type of technology in every Kindle'u. InkBook 8 has dimensions of 198 x 133 x 8.3 mm and weighs only 258 grams. The equipment is now available for purchase. Suggested retail price is 849 zł reader .
