Huawei "Maimang 5" to get official on July 14th

Huawei is all set to release a new smartphone in its homeland China. According to the images spotted online, the launch event for the Huawei "Maimang 5" has been scheduled for July 14th which is only a week away from now.
Since the event will be held in China, most of the information written on the teaser images and invites is in the Chinese language which makes it a little difficult understand. But with the help of translation tools, it seems like Huawei has chosen "not afraid of being young" as the slogan for the event which could mean that phone might be aimed at the younger generation.
The images further reveal that there will be two models of the "Maimang 5" smartphone. The specs information is currently available only for one of the models. It is listed to have 4GB RAM with 64GB of internal storage along with support for 4k video recording. The chipset under the hood is expected to be either Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 or 652.
If you will look at the phone shown in the image, you will notice that the phone closely resembles the Huawei Mate 8. Although, there are speculations that it might have glass on the both side with metal in between as compared to the whole metallic body of the Mate 8. The pricing of the phone is expected to start around 2000 Yuan ($299).
