Meizu releases new teaser hinting at smartwatch launch

Meizu has released a number of hand-sketched images of a watch today. It clearly seems like the company is planning to come up with a smartwatch anytime soon. Before this, a round-faced smartwatch was seen last year at the Hong Kong Electronics Fair but it never saw the light of the day.
Meizu released hand sketched images
The latest teaser gives us a number of hints like a sketch of a leather strap and a chain link which portrays that the new smartwatch will be sporting a chain strap. It seems as if Meizu is coming up with different variants of the smartwatch to suit different types of users depending on the wrist size and gender. One of the sketch when closely examined shows two types like one of a crown dial watch and other with a push button. The images also show the variants like small dial ones with thick round bezels and also large dial ones with comparatively thin bezels.
The teasers also show the words Run and Run Hours situated at the top right corner and which indicates that the smartphones can act as a pedometer and may offer a good battery backup.
