Gionee today unveiled their much anticipated M6 lineup smartphones, there are two variants introduced by the company and both are insanely big and have special features of security.
The younger Gionee M6 variant is featuring a 5.5 inches AMOLED display and is powered by a gigantic 5,000mAh battery. The manufacturers are not generous in memory as well as the device is featuring 4GB RAM with three variants having 32GB, 64GB or even 128GB internal storage.
An Octa core processor is ticking inside to perform daily tasks routine with a clocking speed of 1.8GHz. On the rear side alongside the fingerprint scanner, the rear camera is of 13MP with dual LED flash light.
Now as far as the Gionee M6 Plus is a concern, being a plus variant it is featuring a 6 inches AMOLED display with full HD 1080 pixels screen resolution. The battery size grows as well to 6,020mAh. The good thing is both devices batteries supports reverse charging as well which will allow these devices to charge other device becoming a battery pack.
The M6 Plus Octa core Soc is slightly improved version with 2GHz clocking speed and 4GB RAM. The internal storage of this variant mentioned is only 64GB variant so it looks like there won’t be a 128GB variant. Both Gionee new smartphones are featuring a special security chip which will be providing a 10 layer protection to owners’ data. The fingerprint scanner on the rear side is a part of security. Another surprising aspect of both devices is the unavailability of 3.5mm audio jack.
Initially, both variants will be released in China but later on will be released in other markets too. Both M6 models will debut in China, but they should venture out to other markets too. Unfortunately, we don't have dates or prices.
