Lenovo Vibe X3 Arrives In Three Versions – Specifications And Price [Details]

Lenovo has officially launched the successor to its Vibe X2 and the third-variant in its Vibe X series in China. The Vibe X3 carries similar design of last year’s sharp-edge model, instead bears more fluid rounded shapes. What’s interesting is that the Vibe X3 launched in a total of 3 smartphone versions.
The Lenovo Vibe X3 will be available in two different variants and the third one comes with a lower price-tag around. One with a better feature specs and higher-end model. It’s more of a 2+1 affair and these have a similar 5.5-inch fullHD 1080p resolution display and Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

The Vibe X3 opts for a totally new design which is curvier and more ‘palm-friendly’ than its predecessor and the slightly down-range model will likely to be called the Vibe X3 Lite. The two top-end models sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chipset with 3GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB of on board storage and of course, has a microSD card support for expansion and both has a dual-SIM dual-standby functionality and 4G LTE connectivity options.

On the photography end, the Vibe X3 Common and official X3 uses a Sony IMX230 sensor with phase detection autofocus and 4K video recording with the power of 23MP camera on its back and an 8MP front-facing camera as well. Impressive features alsoinclde a 3600mAh battery package, thanks to Qualcomm’s QuickCharge 2.0 technology that should be pretty fast to top up as well.

The third Vibe X3 model equipped with a different SoC and the true octa-core name hints at MediaTek silicon. The Vibe X3 design is somewhat different from its previous versions, especially on its back area where the dual tone LED flash is placed below the cam sensor, it adopts it to the right of the sensor on X3 Lite. CPU is clocked at 1.3GHz and there’s only 2GB of RAM memory and holds 16GB of internal storage, SD card. It’s being targeted at “Youth”, the version also brings downgraded camera-setup – the rear shooter you will find is of 16MP and the selfies will come out at 5-Megapixel unit. Battery on the X3 Lite is found of a 3400mAh and its a removable one.

Remind you that all three phones comes with some serious audio power-ups. Vibe X3 integrated with a total of three Texas Instruments OPA1612 amplifiers, a Cirrus Logic WM8281 codec for noise and echo cancellation to handle the input from the three mics and a best-end Sabre 9018C2M DAC as found in the LG V10. A Dolby Atmos certification fixed on the devices’ back portion anall models have a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Price and Availability
International version of the Lenovo Vibe X3 will be released soon and it’s unclear whether all three models will make it outside of China. Pricing for Vibe X3 are as follows. For the top-specced X3 model with 64GB ROM it costs CNY 2,999 ($470), CNY 2,499 ($390) for the 32GB Vibe X and for the Youth X3 Lite is is going with a tag of CNY 1,899 ($300).
