iOS 9.2 Beta 3 Download Released: Both Developers And Public Beta Testers Eligible

Third beta of iOS 9.2 has been seeded by Apple to those registered members on Apple Developer and Public Beta program. Comes one a week after the release of iOS 9.2 beta 2 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices. Two betas released earlier, introduced changes to the new Safari View Control in third-party apps, and in conjunction with 3rd-party extensions. Beta 2 of the iOS version also brought over support for AT&T’s NumberSync service and was looking forward to bring Arabic support for Siri, but is apparently to come when the final public release of iOS 9.2 starts rolling out across the globe on all compatible devices.

Beta 3 of iOS 9.2 IPSW doesn’t carry any official changelog from Apple as yet, so it remains unclear at this point on how Apple has introduced something new in addition to what was included in the earlier two beta builds. Most probably, it kept the focus on fixing bugs and further improving performance improvements on compatible devices.

Available as a developer beta and as a public one, meaning that the release is not only accessible to registered and enrolled developers in the Apple Developer Program, but to the general public registered at the Apple Public Beta portal. It’s an OTA update can be availed via the usual Software Update mechanism in the Settings app on any device running an earlier pre-release build of its mobile operating system.
Or else. Alternatively, developers can right away head over to the Apple Developer Center and grab the firmware file directly from the Apple servers.

For those looking for iOS 9.1 jailbreak, so yes, if you’re jailbroken, do not update to iOS 9.1 or 9.2 betas. It is pertinent to mention that iOS 9.1 and onwards remains unjailbreakable at this point.
