Lenovo officially announced their first Windows phone; the SoftBank 503LV. Microsoft unveiled Lenovo as their new partner at the WinHEC conference in Shenzhen, China. For those who wonder where this uninspiring name came from; it might be as a result of the collaboration between Lenovo and Softbank-the third largest carrier in Japan, on manufacturing the device.
The looks, which reminds the old iPhone generations with glass back suggests that the SoftBank is a business-focused device. Apart from the looks, the device sports mid-range specs. The device will pack a Snapdragon 617 processor with a 3GB of RAM and a 32GB of internal memory. The SoftBank 503LV is equipped with an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies. A 5” HD display completes the basic specifications of the phone, which will be powered by a 2250mAh battery.
