Build of CyanogenMod 13 on Exynos Galaxy S7 Edge

One of the XDA user named “sktjdgns1189” has successfully boot CyanogenMod 13 on Exynos variant of the Galaxy S7 Edge and published screenshots and videos on his blog. Both pictures and video prove that it boots and touchscreen work perfectly with the device.

The video shows a live view of the device running with CyanogenMod 13 on it and navigates to show system apps on it. But there are much chances to face real issues, the user says in his XDA post that sound works well, not much else seems to have been tested. And the quick 5-second long video shows mere things about this build and nothing more about other features offers in CyanogenMod 13, also leaving a long list of other things yet untested.

Samsung never released the source code for their Exynos line of processors, and it is very difficult to make development on these range of processors. Some of the suspects likegraphic optimization and Bluetooth leads troublesome on this.
