See each new iOS 12 feature in action

After months of rumors and speculation, Apple finally unveiled iOS 12 at this week's WWDC 18 keynote. After a full day of using the developer's first beta and discovering the new iOS, I'll give you a glimpse of everything that is new.

iOS 12 first look

As always with Apple betas, the developers get the first look at the new software. The first public beta of the iOS 12 should be available in a few weeks

And now, for the disclaimer on beta: As it is the first test version available in outside of Apple, some features will be buggy. Some might not even make the final version

That said, many developers on Twitter say iOS 12 seems pretty stable (similarly for macOS Mojave).

iOS 12 Performance

] First, iOS 12 brings a noticeable speed gain. Applications recharge faster, the Camera application opens faster, and so on. iOS 12 usually makes my iPhone X a bit more nervous. Fortunately, iOS 12 is making its way to a crowd of older iOS devices. The rule of thumb is that if your device runs on iOS 11, it will run on iOS 12. (Apple says the iPhone 6s will experience the biggest increase, with applications 50% faster.)
