Vi is a self learning hearable which acts like a personal trainer as well. It started its Kickstarter campaign which has already crossed the $100,000 goal with 48 days to go. This device also looks almost similar to LG Tone. The hearable device also adjusts to its users’, and features real time coaching based on a user’s own physiology.
Vi features aerospace-grade biosensors which includes heart rate and heart rate variability, motion, elevation and other environmental sensors. The device is also able to interpret the data to convey actionable insights including weight loss optimization, exhaustion level management, injury prevention, running technique, stress levels, adaptive training plans and more.
You can even connect a mobile app that enables you to review short and long term performances. And it’s amazing to see that Vi app can message you through voice or text, even when you’re not training.
You surely need music while workouts, hence, LifeBEAM Vi has teamed up with Harman kardon to add on high-fidelity sound for its users. Vi takes time and gradually learn more about you with time.
Vi is available for pre-order right now for $199 ($249 retail) and is targeted to ship December later this year.
