As communication has been an integral part of humans since time immemorial, the need fortransportation is equally important. And with the help of Bluetooth, at least in the field of technology, sharing and transmitting has become easier. The Bluetooth Special Interest Group, also known as (Bluetooth SIG), is right now working on gen-next of wireless transmission.
The new tech is known as Bluetooth 5. Mark Powell is the Executive Director of the Special Interest Group, who said that the latest Bluetooth technology will official be unveiled on June 16.
The upsides of the Bluetooth 5 are speed and range. The range will be twice better, while the speed will be faster by four times. And this all works on low energy transmissions as well. Apart from this, it’ll “provide significant new functionality for connectionless services like location-relevant information and navigation.”
In other words, the new technology will assist in adopting as well as deploying deacons apart from services that are based on locations. So, as compared to now, a lot of more users all around the world can take advantage of the Bluetooth 5 more efficiently than before.
