We already got to experience that the camera of the newest member of the Moto G family, the Moto G 4 as it's called outplayed the one in the iPhone 6s. What more is to follow that the makers of the smartphone have brought up quite a trick up their sleeve with their very own camera tuning app that's supposed to work with the G4 and the G4 Plus.
We've come to notice almost all the smartphone manufacturers simply on tweaking their camera by giving out further updates available as an OTA . But considering Motorola gave out this huge an upgrade in the form of a mere app is what feels sleekish, cause only the ones who actually want to customize their camera would do it. What's improved is theperformance of its camera. You can just get it from the play store by searching for "Camera tuner". And voilà! There's your upgrade with several options for a shutterbug like you.
What's been claimed is that Motorola plans to give out further of its camera updates through this app which tends to improve color, sharpness, noise, etc..
For what we seem to know, Motorola has provided the app to work only with the Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus for now, but we hope once it's up and running, it won't be long till they roll out a similar update to the Moto G4 Play.
Does this work for the Moto X or the Moto Z? For now, the answer's no, but with the range of which these smartphone boasts of, we can only hope they would release the respective updates through the app or maybe they'd just embed it with their ever flowing OTAs.
