Sony's Xperia ear to be made available in Canada this summer

Sony unveiled its upcoming accessory Xperia ear during Mobile World Congress in February.Don Mesa, Sony Mobile North America’s Senior Director of Marketing, stated during an interview that the Xperia Ear will be available in Canada sometime “late summer.”
The device is basically a small Bluetooth-connected ear piece, it’s main usp or it’s selling point is that it can also perform duties of your own personal digital assistant. The accessory is only compatible with Android smartphones and gives users the option to answer calls, send messages and emails, get traffic updates, check local weather, and acquire directions to a specific destination as it’s compatible with Google Now. For example, you can give it a command to initiate a call or dictate a message without ever having to reach for your smartphone
Xperia Ear weighs 6.8 grams and measures 29.3 x 15.2 x 25.2mm. It comes with IPX2 protection from dripping water. The earpiece has a single hardware button that allows users to control the technology and connect to the smartphone. The earpiece connects to multiple Sony smartphones, including the Xperia Z5, Xperia Z5 Compact, Xperia X Performance,Xperia X, and Xperia XA. The Sony Xperia Ear also promises all-day battery life.
