LeEco might release a new flagship powered by SD823 at the MWC

In March this year, the LeEco Le Max 2 powered by SD820 was seen on AnTuTu. The Le Max Pro, according to stats, is the first smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 820 processor. Though that was a big driving power behind the phone, it didn’t do too well with the regular consumers on the market. However, it got the tag to become the first phone maker to have dished out a 820-powered phone. Riding on that, LeEco is set for another first.
If the reports from the Chinese media are anything to go by, the company is now busy to bring in its new smartphone powered by a brand new SD823. The reports further claims that this device in question will be introduced to the world at the MWC (Mobile World Congress). The MWC is scheduled to take place in Shanghai from June 29 to July 1. If all things fall in place, LeEco will certainly the tag of releasing the first smartphone with SD820.

Speaking about the new SD823, it will have a few improved specifications as opposed to the SD820. LeEco has also reportedly bucked up the processing speed of the new processor apart from enhancements like Adreno 530 GPU Cat.12/13 support as well as X12 LTE baseband. A 25MP camera sensor and 8GB DDR4 are some other specs that have support in the new chip.
