Remember the “Face ID” fail of the iPhone X in Apple event? Well actually it’s not!
Apple now has shared what exactly had happened in the event to Yahoo. According to the statement, the iPhone X that was used in the demo was used by several people before Craig Federighi. And when it did not recognized those people, it moved to a situation to enter a pass code.
Let us be clear this way: when someone tries to unlock an iOS device with a wrong Finger-Print for 5 times, it prompts to enter a pass-code – same is the case here. It already moved to a situation to enter a pass-code because of the wrong Face-ID of different people.
Here is how Apple explains the situation:
People were handling the device for stage demo ahead of time,” says a rep, “and didn’t realize Face ID was trying to authenticate their face. After failing a number of times, because they weren’t Craig, the iPhone did what it was designed to do, which was to require his pass-code.” In other words, “Face ID worked as it was designed to.”Must Read : SJCAM SJ4000 WIFI:https://sjcamhd.com/sjcam-sj4000-wifi/
