Taiwan’s Asus has announced the price of its upcoming Asus Zenwatch 2 Android Wear smartwatch, which will be available in two versions – 1.6-inch and 1.45-inch display options.
Both sizes will run on a Snapdragon 400 processor and carry 512MB of RAM and 4GB storage.
The displays are AMOLED to keep battery use down and while Asus says it can last two days in ‘ambient mode’, that’s not likely to be its state as we all know how hard it is not to jab at a gadget in front of us.
Stock models will be available in Rose Gold, Slver and Gunmetal but custom options are also available through Asus.
Both models will be out in October and will cost $170 for 1.45-inch model, while the 1.6-inch will be $190.
