The last hi-res audio player from Astell&Kern is a lot more affordable than the $2,499 AK240 player.
The AK Jr is a lot more wallet-friendly, with its £399 (US $600) price tag.
It’s housed in an aluminium case, weighs 93g, supports 24bit/192kHz high-res audio in FLAC, ALAC and DSD formats.
Storage is 64GB, expandable to 128GB via microSD, and it has a 3.1-inch touchscreen.
Wireless streaming is possible over Bluetooth 4.0, so all audio output is HD.
The AK Jr will launch in May.
