Phaiton claims its Phaiton BT 100 NC wireless headphones have one of the most effective noise-cancelling systems available.
As well as the company’s Active Noise Cancellation system, the Bluetooth headphones also have a vibrate function to buzz when the user’s smartphone receives an alert or message, and they can connect up to two other Bluetooth devices.
The ANC blocks 95% of low-frequency noises, including sub-1KHz sound.
ANC can be turned on and off to save battery – playback is 12 hours without ANC and 7.5 hours with it on.
Once the battery’s died it can still be used wired, just not with the noise cancelling.
The headphones are due out this month in black or white options and will cost $119.
